A recent recruit to the private sector, Keith served nearly 40 years in local Government mostly in a very senior position at Sandwell MBC in the West Midlands.
Keith ended his career with Sandwell as Head of Highways and previously for many years was Traffic and Road Safety Manager whilst also holding the statutory post of Traffic Manager. Apart from his wealth of experience in managing significant capital and revenue schemes, he is well known for his leading role in introducing Civil Parking Enforcement and Red Routes into the West Midlands.
Most recently he has been involved in the debate over the effectiveness and safety of shared space and also strategies and practical ways to decluttering our streets. Currently with TMS, he is involved in the design and delivery of training courses in road safety and related topics.
