Accessibility Studies in the UK

The majority of our accessibility work in the UK has taken place on a scheme by scheme or site by site basis as Mobility Audits.  Local Authorities increasingly commission this work as part of their general pedestrian/vulnerable road user studies on a route by route basis.

In the private sector, large commercial companies with private road networks have accessibility studies carried out which form part of their planning conditions for site development.
