Overview

This course gives a practical introduction the role of the Development Management / Control Officer in a local authority.

Aims and Objectives

The course is aimed at engineers and planners involved in the management of new development schemes and securing of highway infrastructure improvements through developer contributions, planning conditions and Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL)
