Fiona Taylor
Road Safety Trainer - MPhil (Civ Eng), FIHE
Fiona is a Road Safety Trainer at TMS and joined the company in January 2024. Fiona is starting to deliver a variety of highways training courses, with a main focus on IHE Highways Inspector Board approved 4-day modular training course for local authority highway inspectors. Fiona is involved in the development and delivery of a range of road safety engineering and highway development courses.
Fiona has completed her RoSPA course and is currently engaged in observational road audit work to support the Road Safety Team.
Fiona has just clocked her 40th year in the engineering industry this year, predominantly in streetworks and traffic management, working for local government for over 20 years, private companies designing highways and sewers and latterly training and assessing candidates on highway and engineering related courses.
In her spare time Fiona is completing her PhD in Educational development and research with the University of Lincoln, she also enjoys music and spending time with her family.
