Jessica Waldron
Director - BA (Hons), AMCIHT
Jess is a Director at TMS and joined in 2020 as the company became a family-run business. After starting her career at Cadbury and working for a mixture of large multi-nationals and small start-up companies, Jess’ passion has always been for People; empowering people to be at their best.
Jess looks after all things Finance, HR & Engagement. She has a BA in Business Management and is an ILM L7 Coach & Mentor. Jess has completed the RoSPA – Road Safety Engineering training and will be a qualified Team Member by the end of this year.
Outside of work you’ll find Jess running around the park after three curly haired tots! Like the rest of her family, Jess loves a holiday: A World Challenge Trip to Peru at 16 years old fed her curiosity for adventure, which led to climbing a rock-face in the Dominican Republic, getting married in France and her love for Skiing (particularly in Lauterbrunnen & Meribel). An adventure she hopes to instil in her children, this year though she’s back to some re-create some fond childhood memories at Eurocamp!
