Steve retired as a Director of TMS in January 2018 after 28 years working for the company.
Together with Martin Belcher, Steve established TMS in 1990, having previously worked as a Road Safety Engineer in local government in the West Midlands.
Although no longer employed as a member of staff at TMS, Steve retains the title of Honorary Associate, in recognition of his contribution to the company over the past three decades
