Thank you for booking a place on this course – you should receive an email notification shortly. Please note that for bookings with multiple delegates, confirmation will only be sent to the first listed email address.
If we require a purchase order, please ensure that this is sent to us as soon as possible (if not already included in the booking form).
For open courses, we won’t invoice anything until we have confirmed that the course will be going ahead which will be at least 2 weeks prior to the start date, when we’ll send out full course details. We advise you not to book any non-cancellable travel or accommodation until you have received this confirmation from us. We aim to send out confirmation as early as possible to allow time to make travel arrangements.
For e-Learning courses, your booking will be passed on to our accounts team who will raise an invoice for the course (providing we have all the necessary invoicing information). Once we have had confirmation that payment has been received, we will be in touch to set up your access to the online course material from a date to suit you.
