Bookings

For most of our courses bookings can be made either by completing the Pdf Booking Form and returning it to TMS via email, fax or post or using the online booking system.

To make a provisional booking please contact Gill Brooks at TMS or telephone 02476 690900.

Attendance on all courses is generally limited to 12 - 16 delegates. Priority is given to those delegates attending the whole course. Many courses are very popular and early booking is advisable to avoid disappointment.

Confirmation of Bookings

A short email will be sent direct from the TMS website if you choose the on-line option for booking, please note this is not full confirmation of the course going ahead, this is just acknowledging your request to attend the course.

Full email confirmation will be sent to delegates no later than two weeks prior to the start date of the course (if you wish to receive confirmation via post please let us know at the time of booking). 

Confirmation details will include details of the course venue, start and finish times and what delegates are required to bring with them. Delegates should NOT book accommodation/travel until written full confirmation has been received. TMS will not be responsible for costs incurred if the course has not been fully confirmed in writing.

Prices

The fees for our training courses are specific to each individual course. Full details of the fee for each course can be located on the relevant course web page.

Prices include course notes, attendance certificates, lunch and refreshments on each day of the course. (unless otherwise specified)

Payment

TMS will issue invoices for all course bookings and our terms of payment are 30 days from the date of the invoice - methods of payment are via BACS, cash or cheque - we are unable to accept credit card payments.

Please note that for overseas delegates attendance on all training courses is subject to full payment of the course fees being received at least 14 days prior to the date of the course. (For those overseas delegates who require a visa to attend, we regret that we are unable to assist with the application - only the standard confirmation details will be sent to the delegate)

For invoices still outstanding after 30 days we reserve the right to charge interest for late payment in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002.

For invoices still outstanding after 30 days and at the comencement date of the course TMS has the right to refuse the delegate(s) attendance on the course unless a justifiable reason is given for late payment.

Customer Cancellation 

Cancellations can be made by post/email/telephone, telephone cancellations must be confirmed immediately in writing either by post or email.

Cancellation fees will be charged at the following rates unless otherwise stated on individual booking forms:  

Non-residential Courses 

Notice Given /Fee Payable

28 - 7 days / 50% 
Less than 7 days / 100%

Residential Courses

Notice Given /Fee Payable

28-14 days / 50% 
less than 14 days / 100%

Cancellation by TMS

TMS reserves the right to cancel courses or alter course dates. Should a course be cancelled or if the alternative date is not suitable and payment for that course has already been made, a full refund will be given.

TMS will not be liable for any costs incurred by the delegate unless full confirmation has been sent to the delegate.

Occasionally it may be necessary to amend course programmes or substitute items on the programme for current issues, therefore delegates, especially those who are only booking part of a course are advised to check before confirming their booking or request a copy of the latest course programme.
