Thoroughly tough, in a good way, has certainly improved my understanding of my role. Very useful forum, if you have a question, it’s more than likely been asked and answered.

I was unsure of doing an online training course. However, it was okay and it worked. There was a lot of ground to cover but it was okay over two days.

Excellent update of collision investigation first covered in 10-day RoSPA course.  Good timing for me as I am getting more involved on collision investigation again.  Generally good opportunity to ask questions/raise issues.

I was pleased with the level of detail covered, and the examples used. Tara explained everything clearly and engaged the group. I think the fact that we were a smaller group was beneficial; much more personable and allowed for more detailed discussion on individual topics relevant to us.
